Our fourth meeting was tantalizing! We had three new members and seven members joined in total. As we are speaking online, we did self-introduction speech session to know well each other. And it was amazing to hear that members had the close hometown coincidentally. It's a small world, indeed.

We had a fantastic word of the evening, which was "tantalizing". Asami san did a fantastic performance to show the word on the paper and stick on to her PC rack so that everyone can see all the time during the meeting.
It was really helpful for us to recall the word of the evening to use.
For the timer, we used timer application shared in website. It was convenient for us to see the colored signal on the screen so that we can complete within the designated time.
We had a special prepared speech by Drian. He picked up the word of the evening into his speech title and started the speech by being improvised. He contained encouraging message in his speech and it really inspired us. He successfully completed project 10 in timely manner as well.
We had table topic session with the questionnaires from a book called "Jibun rashiku Hataraku Techo, A notebook to work in the way we are". We had new table topic speakers and all speakers delivered in fabulous way. It was really fun time to listen to the new aspects from various speakers. The questionnaires were interesting topics related to how we behave in working and how we think in life. Some of them were too abstract to answer but all speakers could share ideas with specific examples.
We had an evaluation session, and I tried to be a testimonial for the evaluation speaker but could not be a good one by going over 15 seconds and not that fluent.
Still I had some clumsy operation in sharing the screen and using live functions during the meeting. Hoping I can get better in handling the meeting with online meeting functions.
All in all, the meeting was really enjoyable with new guests and members. We could tantalize our meeting more than expected. The next meeting will be held on December 6th.
