Our #78 meeting was held on January 20th via Zoom, where we had a special table topics marathon!
Our Toastmaster of the Day, TM Takako Yamada effectively led the whole meeting! The small talk session was ebullient and lively as always. And the word "inaugurate" was Word of the Day which was chosen by TM Takako Yamada as well.
Our Table Topics Master of the Day, TM Anita Fujii prepared thoughtful and intriguing questions about becoming an adult. After the special table topics marathon, General Evaluator TM LanAnh smoothly coordinated the evaluation session.
While we don't usually have evaluators for table topic speeches, we tried it for our special table topics marathon! Three well-rounded evaluators. TM Midori Yoshida, TM Mikiko Bandoh, and TM Masashi Kawakami evaluated three table topics each. Also, fantastic work from our Timer TM Takeshi Nakamura, Grammarian TM LanAnh, and Ah-counter Paul Peng, greatly helped us improving our public speaking skills.
