Hello, everyone. Our #89 meeting was held on July 7th via Zoom with 15 fellow members and 4 guests from Sweden, India and Taiwan and Japan.
The meeting theme was HALFWAY THERE. It's now July and we are right at the halfway point of the year, so let's reflect on the first half of the year and hope that the remaining six months will be meaningful. This regular meeting started with such a message.
In keeping with the meeting theme, Word of the Day was set to GIVE IT A SHOT.
In Table Topic Speech Session, the following topics were asked related to the meeting theme.

In Prepared Speech Session, the 1st speaker, TM Anita, shared her experience in Toastmasters Club and her future goals. The 2nd speaker, TM Edward, presented his research about migrant care workers in Japan. The 3rd speaker, TM Takako, presented her research on the sake, Japanese rice wine, industry.
After all sessions, the best Table Topic Speaker went to our guest, Rashmi-san, and the best Evaluator went to TM Shinsuke. Congratulations!
We had a great time today with a diverse group of participants as always. Looking forward to seeing you in two weeks, on July 21th!
