Diversity Toastmasters Club Meeting＃211

Hello everyone！Thank you for visiting our blog!

We are an online Toastmasters club based in Japan. If you are looking to brush up on your public speaking skills, come check us out! Our meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays from 21:00 to 22:20 (GMT+9).

Today's meeting started with expressing our condolences to the victims of the Kumamoto earthquake.

One of the Toastmasters shared the lyrics of Michael Jackson's "Heal the World."

Today, we had two Table Topics sessions.

The "Dear Abby" session: each member acted as "Abby" and offered advice on various worries and problems.

Troubles with family and neighbors... thinking about how to give advice and seeing everyone's answers was a great learning experience！

The next Table Topics session was related to summer, which was perfect for this season.

"Where would you like to go this summer if you had a one-month vacation?"

I hope everyone was able to dream an ideal summer in this session.

In the next meeting, we will discuss a sizzling hot topic in Japan: "Should Osaka be designated as the second capital?"
