Programs

Regular meeting consists of 3 educational part.

Table Topic Session, Prepared Speech Session and Evaluation Session

TABLE TOPICS SESSION

Table Topics are impromptu speeches.

The purpose of the Table Topics section is to help members think on their feet and speak on a given subject for between one and two minutes.

It also allows speaking opportunities for those who are not programmed for other roles on the Agenda.

PREPARED SPEECH SESSION

A major portion of each meeting is centered around Prepared Speakers.

Speeches typically last from five to seven minutes.
In Toastmasters education program, precise guidance for each preparation is given. By following the guidance, we can learn how to flourish our public speaking skills.

EVALUATION SESSION

After every Prepared Speech, the speaker receives an Evaluation.

The purpose of Evaluation is to help the Speaker become  a better Speaker.

The Evaluator will evaluate how the speech was and how the speaker can improve her/his delivery.

Evaluation is the most unique part to help us grow.

As a member of Toastmasters International, our meetings follow the Toastmasters guidelines.

A typical online meeting has participants including some guests. A number of the members have pre-assigned roles, including a meeting coordinator, several prepared speakers, speech evaluators, time keeper, grammar checker and others. As a speaking opportunity, attendees can give short impromptu speeches during the Table-Topics session.
