Get off the subway at Tsukishima Station

(Yurakucho Line, or   Toei   Oedo Line)

Go to Exit No.9

​

Go straight till you    see the stairs.

​

Go up the stairs to the ground.

​

You can see another stairs on the other side.

​

Go to the auto stair entrance.

​

And take the ride.

​

Upon the ground, 

​

Now you see the building in front.

​

It says Tsukishima Kumin Kan!

​

Go straight.

​

Go to the entrance.

​

Now you see a small entrance.

​

Take the lift to the venue!
