Ginza! 25th November, 2018

On Sunday, 25th November, Ginza Toastmasters club facilitated a Charter Ceremony at the Ginza Uni-Ku rental room. This ceremony marked the official recognition of the club by International Toastmasters Community. Apart from charter members, toastmasters from other clubs, including NAKANO, YOKOHAMA, ESS, Musashi-Kosugi Shibuya, Sunrise, Iidabashi, Omotesando bilingual, Visionaries, Big Tree, Silkroad, Tokyo International, etc so many also joined. Thanks for everyone to join!!

1. Opening & Greeting

The President of the Club, Yuko, opened the ceremony by welcoming the guests, invoking the power of having a dream and a vision is so important, then handed it over to MC Drian who explained the running order of the ceremony and invited the club Director: D76 Club Growth Director Yusuke Ohashi to toast, Area 36 Director Chris Cooper and Division C Director Yuki Matsuda to provide remarks. They conveyed their best wishes to the club and emphasized the importance of such a club and appreciated the potential benefit this club could provide to the toastmasters community.

2. Charter Ceremony

Followed by the break where we enjoyed "Slideshow-"The history of Ginza" presented by Yuki and Club Song "Ginza" led by Drian, D76 Club Growth Director Yusuke led the Ceremony charter presentation where club & member certifications and photo sessions were held. The club sponsors & founders assigned to this club are Eva and Drian who delivered their beautiful speeches to the audience.

3. Special Speeches & Table Topics

After the second break, we heard from the ceremony’s special speakers : Paul with titled "Ginza: Going Beyond the Ordinary TMC" and Yossy with titled "Strategy of Ginza Toastmasters". Table Topics Master Hiromi, then, organized fantastic Table Topic session where Yokohama Frontier Kawaguchi addressed the best impressive speech in TM life.

4. Closing

Finally, Event Chair Masayo expressed Ginza special thanks to everyone and President Yuko offered closing remarks.

5. Next meeting

The next regular meeting will take place at Ginza Kyobashi Plaza Kuminkan, on 23 December 14:00-17:00. Yossy will be Toastmasters of the Day. Come over to practice your public speaking skills!

6. Special Remarks!

Till date, there are 20 toastmasters enrolled with the club. The Ginza Toastmasters Club aims at building confident public speakers and strong leaders. The Club provides a supportive, learn by practice environment which helps members reinforce their communication skills, overcome stage fear and an personality development. If you have stage fear, then the Ginza is unequivocally, the best antidote.

The Ginza Toastmasters club operates every 4th Sunday from 14:00 to 17:00.
